一、SDE-Global Finance Team     
         
Job Description:     
Have you ever thought about what it takes to accurately capture, process, and report on the huge volume of financial transactions that are generated each day as millions of customers make purchases, as thousands of suppliers and partners are paid, as inventory moves in and out of warehouses, as commissions are calculated, and as taxes are collected in hundreds of jurisdictions worldwide? Then have we got the opportunity for you! The Global Financial Systems team is responsible for building the software systems required to accurately account for all of the financially relevant business events that occur continuously throughout Amazon.com's worldwide operations. We are currently looking for an outstanding Senior Software Development Engineer who can help us develop the next generation of our systems that will support Amazon.com's multi-billion dollar business with dramatically increased functionality, performance, scalability, and flexibility.     
           
           
Qualifications:     
1.Candidates must have a Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.      
2.Excellent problem solving skills.      
3.Possess an extremely sound understanding of areas in the basic areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases.      
4.Be able to write Amazon quality code in an object oriented language - preferably in C/C++/Java in a Linux environment.      
5.Good working knowledge of Oracle Databases and experience with UI Development is preferred.      
6.Bring 2+ years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with strong background in algorithms and high performance applications development.      
7.Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.      
         
         
二、Software Development Engineer in SEO        
Overview     
The research & development team at Amazon.cn is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to innovate in search engine optimization (SEO).  The team specializes in discovering and applying scalable and algorithmic techniques to increase traffic and sales to Amazon.cn from search engines.  We have aggressive goals and we are focused on delivering strong business results.  The team has a huge impact on the overall Amazon business.     
         
We are looking for an outstanding individual who combines superb technical, communication and analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of getting things done quickly and effectively.  This person will assume a highly visible role to lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, and delivery of large-scale systems.      
         
This is a hands-on position where you will be challenged to analyze large sets of data using data mining techniques, formulate project ideas and strategies using data driven approaches, drive cross-team initiatives, lead global website architectural changes, evangelize and provide company-wide training, implement robust, high-performance systems, mentor other engineers, and provide support for our services and applications.  Successful candidates must be innovative, productive, flexible, self-directed, detail-oriented, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.     
         
Qualifications     
1.3+ years as a software developer, with BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related fields     
2.Exemplary analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills      
3.Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin     
4.Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment     
5.Proficient in building software applications in Java and/or Perl, preferably in a Unix environment     
6.Solid RDBMS experience (preferably Oracle, MySQL)      
7.Familiarity with SQL, Excel, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, MapReduce, machine learning, data mining, natural language processing, and information retrieval is a huge plus
