Responsibilities
- Participate as a member of the global development team，leading local development team
- System Analyst and Software Architect
- Generate proper design documentation as well as quality and coding standards
- Coodination with other development task and ensure the coding quality
- Software build and test

Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above in electronics/computer science
- 2 years and above developing experience in windows software
- System achitecture experience
- Strong leading capability and communication skill
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong ability of working under pressure and stress, can-do spirit, flexible
- Easy human characters, open mind and team player


工作职责：
- 参与国际软件开发团队的工作，领导国内的开发团队
- 构架系统、设计模块
- 编写软件开发文档、制定代码规范
- 协调各个模块之间的开发工作，及时修改开发策略，确保各个部分的代码的质量
- 组织软件的测试

要求：
- 电子或者计算机科学专业本科以上学历
- 二年以上的Windows软件开发经历
- 有一定的系统构架和组织协调能力
- 熟练的英语听说和读写
- 能适应一定的工作压力，具有活力
- 性格随和，有良好的沟通习惯，有一定的组织能力
