内容摘要

介绍了建筑企业在工程量清单计价条件下投标报价策略和技巧，分析了当前项目成本管理中存在的问题，提出了加强管理的途径。我国由于长期受计划经济、控制手段和方法的影响，建筑项目的大部分都是在成本超支、工期延长的情况下完成的。因此，如何在计划成本内或以最低成本，在规定的时间里完成能够满足要求的项目建设，是当前建筑工中需要关注的重要问题。本文首先对建筑工程项目成本控制影响因素进行了分析，然后提出了建筑工程项目成本控制优化策略。

Introduced the construction enterprise valuation conditions in bid price quotation strategies and techniques, analyzing the current project cost management in existent problem, put forward to strengthen management approach. In the Chinese economy, the long-term exposure to plan the influence of control means and methods, building and construction projects mostly in cost overruns, complete extension of time. Therefore, how to plan on costs at the lowest cost, inside or completed in the prescribed time to meet the requirements of project construction, is the current needing attention in the construction of the important problem. In this paper, first architectural engineering project cost control influential factors were analyzed, and then puts forward construction engineering project cost control optimization strategy.
