• In depth knowledge of networking, system and security administration. Security best practices certification ISO27001
LA, CISA, CISM, CISSP along with Microsoft and network domain certifications.

• Experience in Risk assessment of 3rd Party Vendors to assess the security controls at non-Fidelity locations and

D.   Software Engineer (Oracle)

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle 9i/10g development. Hands on SQL and PL/SQL

•        Professional with 3-6 years experience in IT
•        Sound knowledge of Microsoft VB 5.0, VBA and VB coding within MS Excel 2003.
•        Sound knowledge of MS Excel macros, functions and procedures.
•        Basic knowledge of  MS Excel ADD-Ins
•        Ability to perform code review and peer testing
•        Ability to work with large and complex client requirements
•        Experience in Incident Queue / Ticket-based work
•        Working knowledge of configuration management system for versioning and base-lining activities
•        Ability to mentor and assist junior developers
•        An understanding of DB domain, Fidelity’s DB business and applications will be a definite plus


H.   Senior Software Engineer (VC++/COM/DCOM/ATL)
Your skills and experience
•        Essential skills
•        At least 4 years experience on COM/DCOM/ATL development.  
•        Solid standard C++ knowledge, 4+ years c++ project experience
•        Understanding UML modelling concept.
•        Experienced in windows programming
•        Experienced in .NET/C# is a strong plus


I.    Project Manager (Excel/VBA)
Experience & Qualifications
•        Professional with 5-7 years experience in the IT space
•        Previous management experience is a must
•        Some knowledge of VB 5.0, VBA and VB coding within MS Excel 2003 is preferred
•        Some knowledge of MS Excel macros, functions and procedures and addins
•        Ability to manage expectations of multiple-stakeholders
•        Ability to drive the team to weekly / monthly goals (Key Performance Indicators such as closure of x tickets per month) is a must
•        Strong task and people management skills
•        Ability to define and drive process and workflow changes and compliance
•        Expertise in configuration management system to take care of versioning and base lining activities

•        English skills are required to communicate with local Fidelity office engineers and Business managers and/or respective offshore resources.
•        Any additional skills that would help support a regional customer base would be beneficial, for example having worked on Global Projects.

•        Good at collaborating with other staff to meet deadlines.
•        Deep understanding of project management methods and principles, such as Agile.

K.   Testing Specialist
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
• Basic knowledge or related experience with Java/J2EE based architecture
• Basic understanding of JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, UNIX and Mainframe Cobol
• Demonstrated ability to utilize SQL to navigate Database Schemas is preferred
