Position description:
Adeveloper will have good web related coding skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, XSLT, Flash, Silver light, SQL Server, C# and Asp.Net. Technical passion, high responsibility is also required. Good communication skills in English and quick learning ability will be a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
•Understand and implement features based on the project specification.
•Triage bugs and defects with project team members and resolve them.

Qualifications:
•Good web development skills, both browser side and server side including database.

2.SDET(Software development engineer in testing team)
Key Responsibilities：
•Drive product quality, user experience and satisfaction to the highest level.
•Communicate effectively with both development team and PM.
•Own test specifications, procedures and cases, play the customer role,
•Work on core networking testing areas, identify product defects, find bugs, resolve issues and ensure the product quality.
•Work proactively with PM and dev to ensure the quality of feature.
•Bachelor degree or above，Science or Engineering major preferred.
•3 plus years work related experience required.
•Experience with shipping product and familiarity with the product cycle.
•Knowledge of software testing standards, methods and conventions, and the product development cycle required.

3.Position: User Experience Visual Designer
Location: Shanghai, China

The Mobile Services China (MSC) User Experience team is seeking an innovative and talented visual designer for the next generation of mobile consumer services for the global market. Strategic thinking, creativity and passion for visual and concept creation will be critical to innovating compelling user experiences in this exciting space. Candidate will invent, drive and inspire great design solutions in a highly collaborative environment in Shanghai, China.

Successful candidate will defines the visual user experience for some of the Windows Live product lines. Work closely with interaction designers and the usability engineers, researchers, program managers, product planners and developers. The candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and execution of the look and feel of Windows Live products.

In addition to being an exceptional visual designer, the successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work in an iterative development environment. The candidate must be able to create a range of designs for each project, be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communications and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

5.Program Manager
Position description:
Program manager will have a solid track record and ability to ship products, managing technical and partnership dependencies across groups, as well as strong people management skills. Technical passion, cross-group collaboration skills, and infrastructure design are the most important competencies. Prior experience with server applications, infrastructure, and networking knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:
•Lead several project/feature teams to deliver high quality products/features, high quality scenarios, and drive brief/specifications.
•Communicate with global project owners/partners as a key point of contact.
•Devise and execute migration plans for servers/system components on a multi-platform environment, ensuring compatibility between features and partner interfaces
•Help with organization schedule and process of global product and roadmap.
&#8226artner with product customers to drive product planning and prioritization.
•Contribute to the product/feature release schedule and drive product/feature team coordination.
•Design great user-centric features to meet the requirements of the customers.
•Manage multiple priorities to deliver commitments on time and meet/exceed high quality bars.

Qualifications:
•Strong customer empathy, good at understanding customer requirements and able to transfer such knowledge into detailed feature specs.
